We do have some clients that only need a VA for a month or two while they’re working on a big project. If that’s the case, we’ll work with you to find the best solution. But we encourage bloggers to hire a VA on a long-term basis. There will always be a little training involved to get to know the ins and outs of a specific business and this way, you’ll get the most benefits of having someone help manage your blog.
We have a very low turnover rate, but we do require a 4-week notice should our VAs need to leave for any reason. This gives us time to find a replacement and to properly train them. We create a warm work environment with a family atmosphere so our VAs feel like they’re part of something bigger. On top of that, we pay them a fair wage and offer unlimited support and coaching.
We understand it’s scary to share parts of your business with strangers. All of our VAs go through an intensive screening process, which includes a written exam, an interview, and a background check. We only work with the best of the best, so you can be sure that your VA is trustworthy and reliable. We use password-sharing tools to avoid having to give your VA your passwords and many tools and programs allow you to add team members so that they can log in on their own accounts.
Our VA services start at $329month (for 5 hours a week). The final cost will depend on the number of hours you require.
If you’re not happy with your VA for any reason, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right. We want you to be 100% satisfied with our service, so we’ll do whatever we can to fix the situation. We firmly believe in communication is key!
